Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Normallyfeed Walk-In Tubs wants normallyfeed.lat to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and desktops
- Plain, simple wording
- Clearly labeled form fields and short forms
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this website is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@normallyfeed.lat and we will do our part to help. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
If a page gave you trouble, let us know at contact@normallyfeed.lat. It helps to mention:
- Which page or feature caused the problem
- What happened and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As the website changes, we will keep making it easier to use.
Reach a local provider
Have a bathroom question, or ready to compare options? Request a callback to check provider availability, or send an estimate request and read the replies when you are ready.
