How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Normallyfeed Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Normallyfeed Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know that Normallyfeed Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@normallyfeed.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
